I had a great stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the trendy district of Ankara. I was able to easily explore the popular restaurants, shops, and public park that were all within walking distance. The service from the staff was outstanding, with friendly and knowledgeable personnel always ready to assist. The room was comfortable and clean, and I was impressed with the daily housekeeping service. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast on the 8th floor, which offered a stunning view of the city. Although it could have been better, it still surpassed my expectations and I left satisfied.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping streets and transport links. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the breakfast spread had many options to choose from.

On Christmas night, there was no hot water which made it uncomfortable to shower. the air conditioning did not work properly which made the room quite stuffy.

I had a great stay here, the hotel was in a convenient location close to the shopping area and charming parks such as Kugulu park. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. The breakfast had a decent spread and the view from the restaurant at the top floor was charming.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was glad to have found its central location which made it easy to explore the area. The room was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The staff were courteous and efficient in handling requests throughout our stay. Plus, the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There was one thing that made the stay uncomfortable - the air conditioning system did not work at optimum level, and the room temperature was too warm for my liking. Despite repeated requests to rectify the situation, it remained unresolved for the duration of my stay, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The room was very clean, and staff were polite and helpful, though not very friendly. The location was so good and one could easily have access to shops, banks and a lot of restaurants and cafes.

The breakfast was not so great! Some staff could not communicate in English! The internet speed was poor!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were perfect and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety, specially the honey comb to take as much as you like direct from the comb. This was very original. As far as the location is concerned, the hotel was close to very many embassies and the shopping areas. I strongly recommend this hotel to all those who want a quite and comfortable hotel at a reasonable cost.

The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, with easy access to the airport and close proximity to parks and the city center. The rooms are spacious, airy and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's facilities including the massage service provide fantastic room advantages for relaxing.

A tiny hotel located very close to the city center ( Kugulu Park area ) , still located in a quiet neighborhood. The price is reasonable, the personnel are polite and helpful, and the breakfast is good. There is high speed free Internet as well as free tea and coffee in the rooms. Also there is a tiny fitness room which is free. If i ever have to go to Ankara again, I will choose this hotel. It has a much higher value for money than the hotel I went to during my previous trip ( Dedeman ).

The Dollar vs Turkish Lira exchange rate was very low.

I chose the this hotel due to the great reviews and seemingly great value...I Wasn't disappointed! I am so pleased with the service I received. Nice area - great room. Great breakfast. I will choose it again.
